The full payment and an incidental deposit of $50 cash or $50 pre-authorization on the credit card will be
required upon check-in. To secure the room, photo ID and credit card details will also be required. If the stay
is terminated early, the full agreed price will be paid. In case of reservation with prepayment, no refunds will
be made for this reason. Additionally, there will no refunds granted after check-in.
2. CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT
Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14:00 or check-out later than 10:00 will incur a minimum fee of $65.
Failure to check-out before 14:00 will be subject to a one-night accommodation fee.
3. HOTEL BEHAVIOUR CONDUCT
The guest(s) agrees and undertakes to use their room responsibly. Therefore, any conduct contrary to
accepted standards of behavior and public order will result in the hotelier asking the customer to leave the
hotel with no compensation and/or refund if a payment has already been made.
The guest(s) shall not smoke in the room or any part of the common area. Guest(s) found to have been
smoking inside their rooms will have a $250 fee plus potential loss of room income and other administrative
charges may be charged to their secured credit card on file.
The guest(s) agrees to keep the room clean and tidy during the occupancy and on departure. Any rooms
deemed to require extra cleaning or laundry will be charged $50 per hour of extra cleaning required.
- Non-Peak: Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 24 hours prior to
check-in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of booking. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be
treated as no show and no refund will be given.
- Peak or Special Events: Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 7
days prior to check-in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of booking.
The property shall not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the operator arising from any
breach of this agreement by the property or from any negligence, misrepresentation, or other act or omission
on the part of the property, whether in contract or tort, in respect of all claims, shall not in the aggregate
exceed the cost of the accommodation. Photographs displayed on the Website and Mobile Services are not
contractual. Although every effort is made to ensure that photographs, graphic images, and text used to
illustrate hotels provide as accurate an impression as possible of the accommodation offered, variations
may occur, in particular as a result of changes to furniture or possible renovations. Moreover, Marco Polo
Motor Inn shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the reservation in
cases of force majeure, actions of third parties, and actions of customers.
